静岡英和学院大学・短大部独自のカナダ留学プログラム（ＶＳＴ）制度で、現在８人の学生が学んでいる。
その中に新聞部の大高亜月（地域福祉学科・１年）がいる。
９月新学期から４カ月間のバンクーバーでの留学生活を、英語で送ってくれたので紹介しよう。

We can do it!

Now we are studying English in Vancouver. There are 8 members in Canada study program, ６ students from humanity and social sciences, 1 from Community and social welfare department, one is belong to weman’s college.Two of the member are male students, one student is Chinese.

First, when we came from Japan, everything was experienced for the first time. And we have learned a lot of things during three months; we went to lots of places as belaw.

We went to the Nootka Sound Island. Nootka Sound was surrounded by natures. Nootka Sound staffs gave us a hearty welcome.

We had fishing, kayaking, climbed up and down the high rocks, went to some small island. It was great times for us.

Secondly, we went to Ottawa, Quebec, Niagara Falls, and Banff for 9 days. Niagara Falls, Rocky Mountains, Peyto Lake … everything were beautiful. In those two trips, we have learned about Canadian history, customs, so we could know each other ,and we became more intimate than before. While we were in trips, we were dancing, singing, talking, and laughing, we had wonderful time.

And now since we came here, more than three months has passed. We are studying much harder than in Japan. We are inspiring Canadian people, because they are active, magnificent attitude, they can make a balance leisure and study. We have precious time here, we can do anything here. We will try to our best everyday in Vancouver.
